Ö-Cert is a quality framework for adult education providers in austria. It is a nationwide trademark, regulated by law between the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research and all 9 provinces, and became effective in 2012. Ö-Cert sets the stage for transparency, simplified administration and
professionalization.
